I think at the highest level NDEs is driven by consciousness. Travel is by intent, desire or thought and most claim that they can travel instantaneously or at
extremely high speeds.

The near death experience does seem to be driven by consciousness and the realization of that free will is the key to our freedom because many are not using that power and instead are relying on an external source to dictate to them their reality. Some NDErs were indeed able to manifest or create their own reality, but it seems once one has gone through the tunnel and to the Light that ability has been surrendered or greatly diminished.

NDEs & CREATING REALITY

I could move effortlessly…and adapt to any environment I happened to be in at any given moment. I would simply think about something and it would instantly manifest…or I’d think about a place and there I’d be! The orb somehow went back to Earth and experienced that "life" to further understand. I understood that here time did not exist and these being could manifest themselves at any time on Earth they desired. These orbs or rather "souls" would leave this realm and detach themselves with this universe and return to the universe of our Earth. -- Henry W
